Somebody is... I think the whole band.
Disclaimer: I suspect these are kids (God, I hope they are kids), but honestly, someone should tell them to stop. I speak from experience. I did the whole garage band/party band/bar band thing from the time I was in my teens to early 20s. NO ONE, would have cut us any slack. It's sad, funny, and strangely compelling all at the same time
I edited the title after Jay pointed out that it should be "Tone Deaf", as opposed to. "Tone Death." I'm anal that way
